Beberapa Feature yang ditambahkan pada versi IDM 5.17 :

  • Completely remade the logic of download resume feature and added the possibility to resume downloads for sites that use temporary download addresses or when download addresses expire
  • Added the possibility to select a queue when you press on OK button on “Download all links with IDM” dialog and when you press on “Download Later” button on “Download file info” (start download) dialog
  • Added a link to the page where download was taken over from a browser to “File Properties” dialog
  • Made many other small improvements and fixed all known bugs

What’s new in version 5.17 Build 5:

  • Fixed a bug with NTLM authorization and several others
  • Fixed a critical bug with downloading files over 4GB
  • Improved media file recognition in web players in IE
  • We have added these features in response to IDM user requests.
  • Added “Add batch download from clipboard” menu item to “Tasks” menu

Petunjuk Install IDM 5.17 Final :

  • Download dan ekstrak IDM v 5.17
  • Lakukan proses installasi pada file idman517.exe
  • Jika sebelumnya sudah terinstall IDM versi lama bisa menimpa dan melanjutkan installasi dengan file installer IDM yang baru
  • Setelah proses installasi selesai, gunakan file yang terdapat didalam folder Patch 5.xxx agar IDM 5.16 menjadi Full Version
  • Selanjutnya jalankan file Patch 5.xx (2008-12-06).exe
  • Finished

    bagi yang mau idmnya berbahasa indonesia aku punya sedikit tips, caranya gini
    1. download http://www.snapdrive.net/files/590493/idm_de.zip lalu ekstrak file
    2. letakkan file di C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager\Languages
    3. kalau ada komen do you want to replace pilih yes, (disini saya akan mengganti bahasa jerman dg bahasa indonesia)
    4. buka idm kamu – view – language – pilih jerman kalau ada pertanyaan lagi pilih yes maka idm kamu akan jadi bahasa indonesia
    5. kalau ingin kembali tinggal pilh bahasa inggris beres
    tapi mohon maaaf kalau bahasanya masih acak2an, klau mau edit tinggal file tadi di buka dengan notepad dan edit aja sendiri, sekian dan terimakasih

    setelah diinstall terus di patch keluar tulisan gini mas…

    IDM detected thats its registry key has been damaged since the last run. its posibble that you run a flaky spyware remover program which corrupted system registry. IDM will try to restore all damaged data but some data may remain corrupted.
